Bryce Shumaker is an experienced operations analyst currently employed at Midwest Fiber Recycling since January 2023, and serves as the head soccer coach at Mt Zion High School from June 2024. As a soccer coach with Midstate Soccer Club - Decatur Park District since November 2017, Bryce created a virtual training initiative during the COVID-19 pandemic, benefiting over 800 players, and coaches the U9 boys team while leading community recreational league training sessions. Additionally, Bryce has officiated soccer games as a grassroots referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation since January 2012, being nominated for the "Youth Referee of the Year" award in 2016. A founding member of Millikin Tabor Consulting, Bryce contributed to the establishment of a student-run venture aimed at assisting small businesses, while also pursuing an MBA at Millikin University through May 2024, following a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies earned in May 2023.
