Noah Flanigan

Noah Flanigan, M.Sc., currently serves as an Operations and Policy Analyst for the State of Oregon since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Production Lead at NuPhy Plants, Inc. and Project Leader in Plant Tissue Culture at Phytelligence Inc., where operational leadership involved data analysis, quality monitoring, and protocol improvements within a high-throughput tissue culture facility. Flanigan has a solid background in managing teams and supervising various operational tasks related to plant biology, having previously held positions ranging from Shift Supervisor and Senior Technician to Laboratory Technician. A foundational experience in retail sales was gained at Bloom Garden Supply. Flanigan's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Middle Tennessee State University.
