Uri Marchaim

Director of the European Division at MIGAL Galilee Research Institute

Prof. Marchaim is involved in research on anaerobic digestion of organic wastes, in wastewater treatment, and in many ecological and waste utilization projects in Israel, the Caribbean, USA, Brazil, Yugoslavia, Italy, and other countries. During his academic career, Prof. Marchaim has conducted research in Rockefeller University, NY; Batelle Columbus Ohio; UMASS, Amherst and USP in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prof. Marchaim serves in the board of directors and in advisory roles in the industry and holds a Diploma of Executive Business Management from the Tel-Aviv University.
