Gürkan Süzen

Gürkan Süzen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gürkan started their career at Şahinler Holding in 2006 as a Planning Specialist, where they were responsible for strategic planning. In 2008, they joined Migros Ticaret A.Ş. as an Assistant Store Manager, where they focused on sales strategies and team management for three years. Gürkan then transitioned to a Human Resources Specialist role at the same company, where they sourced, screened, and interviewed potential candidates. Eventually, Gürkan became the Human Resources Lead at Migros Ticaret A.Ş., where they oversaw recruitment operations for numerous retail stores and e-commerce business. Gürkan developed recruiting strategies, advised and coached managers and staff, and supported HR policies and labor relations.

Gürkan Süzen's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Textile Teaching from Marmara University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Gürkan also participated in a short-term UX Design program at Google in 2022. Gürkan Süzen has additional certifications in various UX Design-related courses and a certification as a PHP Developer from Yildiz Technical University in 2018. Gürkan also obtained certifications in OPQ Personality Inventory & Test and Assessment Center & Competency Based Interview in 2013 from SHL Türkiye.
