Moisés Noreña

Moisés Noreña is an experienced leader in innovation and product management with a focus on transforming traditional industries through technological advancements. Currently serving as Head of Product & Innovation at MiTek, Noreña leads initiatives in Distributed/Modular Construction and advanced industrial engineering solutions. Prior roles include Vice President of Innovation at Moen Incorporated, where strategies were developed for water innovations, and Director of Strategic Innovation at Allstate, where a digitally-enabled insurance experience was created. Noreña's academic contributions include serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Notre Dame's Innovation Academy.
