Hadrien Bertrand is a Senior Applied Research Scientist at Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute since February 2019, focusing on deep learning research projects in collaboration with the industry, including global horizontal irradiance prediction using satellite images. Prior to this role, Hadrien Bertrand completed a PhD at Philips Healthcare from November 2015 to December 2018, specializing in deep learning and transfer learning for medical imaging, covering topics such as MR image classification and kidney segmentation in ultrasound images.
