Nathan Bowa is an experienced Plant Manager at Milbridge Holding SA since April 2015, leading a team to deliver technological manufacturing solutions and achieve organizational objectives. Previously, Nathan worked as a Wire and Cable Projects Consultant at Mark Cables FZE, where responsibilities included factory setup in Dubai, and as a Process Engineering Manager at Zamefa, managing manufacturing processes and ensuring safety compliance. At Aberdare Cables, Nathan served as a Process Engineer, focusing on quality production and personnel training, and earlier held the role of Continuous Improvement Champion at Zamefa, implementing lean management practices. Nathan holds an Honours degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria and a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Copperbelt University.

The Zango Plant currently comprises a 2 Steel factory and cable factory.Our paint factory is operated in Camadeira,Viana and Plastic factory in Viana Industrial Area,Luanda.Other big projects are in pipeline in UAE and Rwanda.
