Javier Montenegro

Javier Montenegro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and digital security sectors. Since February 2014, Javier has served as the Digital Cloud Security and Operations Director at Millicom (Tigo). Prior to this role, Javier was the Bogota Managing Director at VML from May 2004 to February 2014 and held various positions including Solutions Manager at Inturia S.A. and Technology Consultant at Azurian. Javier began career as a Project Manager/Software Development Lead at Intergrupo and Software Development Lead at SONDA. Educational achievements include a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA in Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
