Rejeesh Nair

Rejeesh Nair is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in global IT operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global IT Operations at Mindlance since January 2020. Rejeesh has developed scalable service delivery models and leads efforts to exceed performance goals by prioritizing strong processes and client relationships. Previously, Rejeesh held managerial roles at Aptean and USEReady, overseeing cloud operations and IT infrastructure while optimizing costs and improving operational efficiency. Rejeesh's career began at HCL Infosystems as a Customer Support Engineer, and has involved significant leadership roles, including managing teams and vendor relations at Mindlance, where prior positions included team lead and technology specialist. Rejeesh holds a diploma in Computer Technology from MPTC Mala, Kerala.
