Arkan Saleh has had a diverse work experience. Arkan started their career at KPMG as a Senior Auditor in 2004 and stayed with the company until 2008. Following that, they joined Price Waterhouse Coopers, Lebanon as a Senior Auditor from 2008 to 2009. Arkan then transitioned to EY, where they held various managerial roles from 2009 to 2014. During their time at EY, they managed audit engagements, planned audit activities, and mentored a team of senior and junior employees. Finally, Arkan joined Mindware in 2014 as a Regional Finance Manager and later became the Chief Operating Officer in December 2015.

Arkan Saleh holds an MBA in Business Administration with a finance emphasis from the Paris School of Business, which was completed between 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, between 2001 and 2002, they obtained a BBA in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut. Arkan Saleh also holds a BS in Petroleum Studies from the American University of Beirut, achieved from 1998 to 2001. Furthermore, they have obtained an additional certification in AI in Fintech Essential Training from LinkedIn in 2021.
