Before joining Miniclip, João worked at Deloitte Portugal as a Tech Senior. João was involved in an international Business Intelligence project in the Telecommunications industry, where they applied their skills as a Data Scientist. Their responsibilities included developing and deploying machine learning algorithms for clustering customer profiles, churn prediction, and customer spending forecasting. João utilized tools such as Oracle database for Big Data processing and querying with SQL and PL/SQL. Their tenure at Deloitte Portugal lasted from September 2018 to April 2021.
Prior to Deloitte Portugal, João worked at Spin.Works as an Image Processing Engineer from October 2015 to September 2018. João also had a brief internship experience at EDP Inovação in 2014.
From 2010 to 2015, João Satiro pursued a Master's degree in Engenharia Electrotécnica e de Computadores at Instituto Superior Técnico.
