Brad Young is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles within New Zealand's public sector. Currently serving as the Principal Adviser - Communications at the Ministry for Primary Industries since September 2013, Brad has also taken on the acting role of Manager Communications and Engagement Programmes. Prior to this, Brad held the position of Senior Communications Advisor at Land Information New Zealand from August 2009 to August 2013 and at Inland Revenue NZ from 2002 to 2009, where multiple roles included Communications Advisor and Business Analyst. Brad holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration with a focus on Management and Commercial Law from Victoria University of Wellington, earned between 1997 and 2001.
