Sandra Proctor

Sandra Proctor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental planning, policy advisory, and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as Senior Adviser Performance at Biosecurity New Zealand within the Ministry for Primary Industries since December 2022, Sandra focuses on enhancing engagement strategies, stakeholder planning, and internal communications. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Tregaskis Brown and Senior Advisor positions at Land Information New Zealand and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet's COVID-19 Response Unit. With a background as Director of Tembotamu Tanzania Treks and Safari and development consultancy with Pamoja Trust focused on environmental governance, Sandra has a solid foundation in resource management. Sandra's academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in Resource and Environmental Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Geography from Massey University.
