Zayed Albeshri

Zayed Albeshri, TMP™, currently serves as the Talent Programs Section Manager at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources since January 2025. Previously, Zayed was the Talent Management Lead at the Saudi Esports Federation, where efforts included developing a competency framework and creating training need analysis templates for personalized development plans. Prior experience encompasses a role as a Talent Development Specialist at the Digital Government Authority, focusing on succession planning and leadership development for executives, as well as serving as a Talent Development Officer at GOSI, where Zayed managed a leadership development program and improved succession strategy through data analysis. The professional background also includes an initial role as a Senior Customer Service Officer involving application processing for pension participants. Zayed Albeshri holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Northern Arizona University.
