Amy Reid currently serves as the People & Culture Director at Mintra since July 2022 and holds the position of Operating Board Member at the Scottish HR Leadership Group from January 2023. Previously, Amy was the Group Human Resources Manager at Pipeline Technique (2020-2022) and an HR Business Partner at Air Liquide from 2016 to 2020, where contributions were made to the oil and gas sector. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Hoover Ferguson (2015-2016) and a Senior Learning Specialist and HR Business Partner at Baker Hughes (2011-2015). Amy holds a degree from the University of Aberdeen.
