Steve Dilbeck has over 25 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry. Steve currently holds the position of Sr Director of ASIC, Physical, Custom Design at Wave Computing since October 2015. Prior to that, they worked at SandForce as a Sr. Manager in Circuit & PD starting from August 2009. Before SandForce, Steve was employed at RMI as a Circuit Design Manager from September 2005 to August 2009. Steve also served as a Technical Advisor/Program Manager at PMC-Sierra from 2001 to 2005, and as a Circuit Designer Manager at SwitchOn Networks, which was later acquired by PMC-Sierra, from 1999 to 2001. Steve's early career includes positions as a Sr Design Engineer at Cradle Technologies from 1998 to 1999, at C-Cube Microsystems from 1995 to 1998, and at Integrated Device Technology Inc from 1993 to 1995.

Steve Dilbeck earned a Bachelor's degree in EECS from the University of California, Berkeley from 1990 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera between 2015 and 2018.
