Alex Sakhrai

Alex Sakhrai is a seasoned professional in talent development and learning program management, currently serving as a Senior Learning Program Manager at Miro since February 2021. Responsibilities include building the PMO function, managing diverse People and Learning Programs, and serving as a SCRUM master. Previous experience includes roles at Backbase as a Technical Instructional Designer and at Veeam Software as an Instructional Designer focused on Sales Enablement, contributing to global learning initiatives and collaborating with multiple departments. Alex began the career as an eLearning Content Developer and also worked as an SEO specialist and Sales Assistant. Alex holds a Specialist degree in Computer Educational Programs from ITMO University, completed in 2014.
