Pamela Savoy-Weaver

Pamela Savoy-Weaver, MA LLP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Early Years at MiSide since October 2023. Previously, Pamela held the position of Director of Early Childhood and Family Services at Development Centers from 2003 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $1M budget, developing curriculum standards, and enhancing early childhood literacy. Prior roles include roles as BQI Director, Coordinator, Manager, and ELC Director, emphasizing collaboration with families and stakeholders to improve educational outcomes. Pamela's experience in psychology is highlighted through positions as a Psychologist at Northeast Guidance Center and Counseling Associates, offering integrated counseling services. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, a BS in Music and Psychology from the same institution, and certifications in Early Childhood Education and Leadership from North Carolina State University and Harvard Graduate School of Education, respectively.
