Veda Sayakoummane

Veda Sayakoummane is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at Mister Spex, where Veda contributes to building agility across teams and departments. Previously, Veda was a Coordinating Group Member at Conversation at the Crossroads, focusing on social change through conversation and Agile methodologies in the non-profit sector. Veda held various roles at EGYM, including Employee Engagement Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager, driving organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, Veda has experience in environmental and climate projects with organizations such as the International Finance Corporation and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Veda holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich and multiple degrees from esteemed institutions, including the University of Melbourne and Yale University.
