Keith Mallia is a seasoned professional in the field of information technology, currently serving as the Platform Engineering Services Manager and Service Delivery Manager at the Malta Information Technology Agency (MITA). With a background as an ITIL Expert and Approved Trainer at PEOPLECERT, Keith has extensive experience in service management.
