Alicia Martinez, Ed.D., M.S.O.L. is currently serving as the Dean of Student Experience & Belonging at Mitchell College. Alicia has a strong background in student affairs, with experience as a Program Manager at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and various leadership roles at Berkeley College. Previously, Alicia held positions in student activities and residence life at Mitchell College, Saint Peter's University, and Fordham University. Alicia holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Administration from Saint Peter's University.
