Katie White

Katie White is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, currently serving as Head of Organizational Development at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since October 2012. Previous roles include Senior Learning and Design Manager and Talent Design and Programmes Manager, where Katie led significant projects such as the implementation of the innovative Mable learning platform, which integrates game design theory and neurophysiology. Earlier positions at Mitchells & Butlers included the role of Drinks Quality and Training Manager, where key initiatives encompassed enhancing training programs across various brands. Prior experience includes serving as Programme Co-ordinator at Improve Education and as a Mental Health Worker at 2Care.
