Kira McCroden serves as the VP of Communications at Forerunner, a venture capital firm known for investing in innovative consumer brands, since November 2022. In addition, Kira is a member of Mixing Board. Previously, Kira held the position of Director of Brand and Communications at Modern Fertility, where contributions included building the communications program from inception to a successful $225M acquisition. Kira's experience also encompasses serving as Head of Communications and Marketing at Social Capital, managing communications for CircleUp, and executing PR campaigns at LaunchSquad for various high-profile clients. Kira began professional endeavors with a Campaign Fellowship at United Way of the Bay Area and has an educational background in International and Global Studies and Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
