Britni Shrout has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Britni started their career in 2007 as an Assistant Sales Manager at Macy's, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined MJ Insurance as a Sales/Marketing Assistant and then moved up to become the Corporate Marketing & Communications Coordinator. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Marketing and Communications, where they successfully repositioned the brand and led corporate rebranding efforts. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications at MJ Insurance.
Britni Shrout completed their education in 2006 at Purdue University, where they obtained a degree in Retail Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Supervision.
