Paul Eyerman

Paul Eyerman serves as the Vice President and General Manager at MKS Instruments since January 2002, overseeing OEM power and metrology systems for the semiconductor and solar panel manufacturing equipment markets, with major clients including the top five global manufacturers of PVD, CVD, and Etch systems. Previously, Paul held the role of General Manager for the OEM amplifier business within Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) equipment, serving key customers like General Electric Health Care, Philips Medical Systems, and Siemens Medical. Paul’s career includes positions such as Vice President of Marketing at Fujant, Inc. and Director of Product Management at ADC Telecommunications. Additionally, significant experience was gained at Motorola Inc. as a Sr. Product Manager, Electrical Engineer, and Systems Engineering Manager for various wireless systems. Paul holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
