William Huynh has a diverse work experience in corporate development, acquisitions and strategy, and investment banking. William is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Modaxo, where they are responsible for overseeing the global corporate development team and driving inorganic growth initiatives. Prior to that, William worked at Constellation Software Inc. as the Director of Acquisitions & Strategy, reporting directly to the President & Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. William provided oversight and governance to senior leadership and a global decentralized M&A team. William also collaborated with key executive leadership on acquisition and financing structures. Before joining Constellation Software Inc., William worked at TD in various roles within investment banking, specializing in real estate, gaming, special situations, restructuring, and equity capital markets. Throughout their career, they have accumulated extensive experience in M&A, equity and debt transactions across a wide range of industries.
William Huynh completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from The University of British Columbia between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Capilano University from 2002 to 2004, but their degree and field of study during that time are unknown.
