Jim Hansen is a Senior Partner with over 30 years experience working with executive search, talent and the business. His experience includes leading regional search teams for the world’s largest executive search firm, being a member of the leadership team at a boutique search firm and, serving as CEO for a significant credit union.
Prior to joining Modern, Jim was a Sector Lead, at Korn Ferry responsible for a part of financial services in North America. He previously served as Executive Vice President of O’Rourke & Associates, a boutique executive search and consulting firm in San Francisco. Prior to transitioning into executive search, Jim was the CEO of VACORP Federal Credit Union.
Jim earned his MBA from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and his B.S. in Finance from Florida State University.
