Prior to joining Modern, LaNae managed fully retained executive searches for a boutique HR consulting and executive search firm in Houston, Texas. As a consultant, LaNae was responsible for assessing top leaders and client deliverables within the credit union space.

LaNae received a B.S. in Human Resource Management at Portland State University and is an SHRM Certified Human Resource Professional. LaNae is passionate about creating meaningful change and connection in the talent acquisition industry through diversity, equity, and inclusion.
