Lisa Peacock-Edwards, Senior Partner, splits her time between Modern’s London and New York offices. She works with large enterprise companies and private equity-backed businesses experiencing transformation, change, and growth across digital, technology, data, and the customer.

Lisa has nearly 20 years of global executive search experience, having lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and North America. For the last seven years, she has been living in the US (NYC, San Francisco, and DC) leading boutique search firms that were innovating and disrupting the industry. She has led some of the highest profile searches within digital and data transformations for Fortune 50 companies, and also partners with private equity firms to drive their growth agenda within their portfolio companies.

Lisa leads C-suite searches for companies going through digital, data, and technology transformations, often building global teams for businesses to drive their transformation agenda. In particular, she specializes in Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer, Chief Customer Officer, and CTO/CIO assignments. Lisa has worked on every continent and has a reputation for assembling strong executive teams that are a mixture of local, expat, and diaspora talent.

Lisa is passionate about driving the diversity agenda and has built a number of networking groups to aid female executives. She regularly speaks on this topic at conferences and on podcasts and webinars.

Lisa graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is also a HOGAN accredited assessor/coach.
