Connor Armes is an experienced IT professional with a focus on endpoint engineering and service desk support. Currently serving as a Junior Endpoint Engineer at Modern Networks since March 2020, Connor has progressed through various roles including Senior Service Desk Analyst and 1st line incident analyst. Prior experience includes positions as a Medical Records Clerk at NHS and Laboratory Technician at Specsavers. Connor began a career in retail as a Bakery Clerk at Co-op. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the University of Hertfordshire and an Extended Diploma in Creative Media and Computing from North Hertfordshire College.
