Rebecca Halbur

Rebecca Halbur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in regulatory records and document management within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of TMF Systems at Biogen since April 2016, Rebecca has also held the position of Senior Manager in the same domain. In addition, Rebecca contributes to the community as a Board Member for Water for Good since June 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at INC Research from October 2009 to April 2016, where Rebecca advanced through roles such as Senior Manager of Regulatory Records and FSP Program Lead. Educational qualifications include a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Carolina State University.
