Yuko H

Yuko H currently serves as General Counsel at Moderna since June 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous positions. Prior to Moderna, Yuko held the role of Director, Legal Counsel at MSD from April 2020 to May 2023. Experience at GSK as Legal Counsel spanned from December 2015 to April 2020, while Yuko also provided legal counsel for Bristol-Myers Squibb between January 2013 and December 2015. Yuko began a legal career as a Senior Associate at Maritime Law Firm from August 2011 to January 2013. Academically, Yuko earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2010 and holds a Gakushi degree in Law from The University of Tokyo, obtained in 1997.
