Prior to this role, Fran held positions as a Project Manager at H2, Inc., a Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager at Proto Construction Management, and was involved in CADD, Project Management, and Construction Administration at TONO Architects. Fran holds an Associate in Applied Sciences degree in CADD from ITT Technical Institute.
