Penelope Ceillier

Penelope Ceillier is an experienced professional currently serving as Product Operations Manager at Modulr since January 2023. Penelope has held the position of Pioneer (Consultant) at Blenheim Chalcot since May 2021 and previously worked at Scale Space as Operational Strategy Director and Head of Operational Development until January 2023. In a brief consultancy role at BT Group, Penelope contributed as a Project Management/Operations Consultant in mid-2022. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Account Manager at Bloomberg LP from February 2018 to May 2021, along with responsibilities in electronic trading and analytics. Earlier career experience includes a Project Manager role at Atos from August 2016 to August 2017. Penelope holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Bath, obtained in 2018, and a South African IEB National Senior Certificate from Oakhill School, completed in 2013.
