Andrés González Calviño is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and construction oversight. Currently serving as Site Manager and Project Manager at CEPSA since August 2022, Andrés is responsible for the PMO of the ULTRAFAST NETWORK project within New Mobility & Roll-out GNV. Prior experience includes serving as Handover Manager and Completion/Turnover Engineer for the New Refinery Project in Al Zour, Kuwait, while employed by Tecnicas Reunidas from June 2018 to August 2022, contributing to the largest refinery in the Middle East. Previous roles also include Construction Manager and Resident Engineer at Alfred Kuhse GmbH, managing power plant projects in Saudi Arabia, as well as various engineering positions in freelance roles and technical firms. Andrés holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master's in Industrial Maintenance Engineering. Extensive additional training includes certifications in project management and various civil engineering specializations.
