Lawrence Lee

Lawrence Lee is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in imaging systems and R&D. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Molecular Devices since January 2010, Lawrence contributes to the development of high-performance imaging systems. Prior roles include leading the engineering team at Labcyte Inc for the Echo 550™ series and Portrait 630 acoustic drop ejection systems, and serving as Principal Engineer at ACLARA Biosciences, where Lawrence successfully delivered a second-generation priming system. Earlier experience includes managing the development of automated systems at EXCLUSIVE DESIGN COMPANY, focusing on piezo microarraying technology. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, completed in 1984.
