Mogens Jepsen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in retail management and marketing. Since 2002, Mogens has served as the CEO and Proprietor of Molo A/S. Prior experience includes roles as Retail Manager and Director at InWear / IC Companys from 2000 to 2002, and Nordic Retail Manager at Esprit from 1998 to 2000. Earlier positions include International Sales & Marketing Manager at Tholstrup Cheese / Pastella (1995-1998), Business Development Manager at Hill's Pet Nutrition / Colgate-Palmolive (1994-1995), and Group/Product Manager at Carlsberg Breweries (1991-1994). Mogens holds a Cand.merc degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Aarhus University, earned between 1986 and 1991.
