Andrea Altieri

Andrea Altieri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Andrea served as Chief Scientific Officer and Key Account Manager at Molport from August 2024 to January 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea co-founded EDASA Scientific and held the position of R&D and Managing Director from December 2012 to August 2024, focusing on drug-discovery product design, development, and market trend analysis. At Asinex, from October 2001 to August 2012, Andrea contributed as Head of Business Development and Product Development and Marketing Project Manager, overseeing early-stage drug discovery research initiatives. Andrea's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh and studies at the University of Warwick.
