Melissa Santos serves as the Founding UX/UI Designer at PrimeMinds, where responsibilities include leading the design of a wellness app aimed at achieving significant user engagement. An extensive background in UX/UI design includes roles as Lead UX/UI Designer for iCheckMusic, where oversight of web design processes and team management were key, and positions at Circlez and Sustainable Trades focused on creating high-fidelity designs and improving user interfaces through research and usability testing. Previous experience as a Healthcare Case Manager and various roles in the nonprofit sector have equipped Melissa with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and content design skills. Education in Social Work from Southern Adventist University complements a solid foundation in user-centric design and project coordination.
