Lalit Mohan Singh Negi has extensive experience in quality control and technical services, currently serving as Manager of QC and Technical Service at Momentive Performance Materials since 2005. Previous roles at Momentive included Senior Manager of Technical Services and Application Development, and Manager of Technology for Fluids and Intermediates. Prior to this, Lalit worked at LN Chemicals Industries as Manager of Product Development & Research, focusing on new product development aligned with market needs. Lalit began their career at Resil Chemicals Pvt Ltd as Assistant Manager of Product Development and Innovation, where key contributions included establishing a product development lab and publishing technical papers. Lalit holds an M.Phil in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, along with multiple degrees in Organic Chemistry and Chemistry from various institutions.
