Teele Horstra has a diverse background in the renewable energy and consulting industries. As a Shareholder at YARD ENERGY Group since April 2010, Teele contributes to the company's focus on renewable energy investments. Prior experience includes roles at United Solutions Advice B.V. from January 1997 to December 2011, where Teele served as Director of Investor Relations & IT and Chief Operating Officer, managing projects for various notable clients such as Rabobank and American Express. Teele was also a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Rabo Mobiel from August 2005 to April 2009, overseeing the IT and Operations departments throughout the company's development stages. Additionally, Teele worked as an Associated Consultant at Gartner, Inc. from April 2004 to August 2005. Teele holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a degree from Haagse Hogeschool - HIO.
