Prior to this, Thomas held positions such as SVP, Development & Chief of Staff at Bright Health and worked in Health Care Investment Banking at Cowen and Company. Thomas Lilly graduated from Bowdoin College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Mathematics.
