Sophia Nguyen

Sophia Nguyen is a highly experienced professional in drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) with a robust background in non-clinical development and clinical pharmacology. Currently serving as Director of DMPK at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since April 2022, Sophia previously held positions as Associate Director at the same company and Associate Director of Non-Clinical Development at Disc Medicine. With earlier roles as Principal Scientist at Charles River Laboratories and Senior Scientist at Concert Pharmaceuticals, Sophia has successfully designed and executed DMPK studies while providing technical guidance and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation and a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Investigation from Boston University School of Medicine, along with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UMass Boston.
