Neil Steiner has extensive experience in water treatment and business development. Currently serving as a WWTP Senior Operator at Monterey One Water since July 2016, Neil oversees operations at a cutting-edge facility recognized for its pioneering use of recycled wastewater in agriculture. Previously, Neil worked as a Utility Plant Operator I at the City of Modesto, and held various roles in business development and sales at companies such as H2OCloudConnect, Neustar, Inc., and Omnicell. Monterey One Water

Monterey One Water is a public wastewater service and water reuse provider in northern Monterey County. The Agency is driven by its mission to turn the area’s wastewaters into safe, resilient water solutions for the community and the environment. Every day, Monterey One Water is responsible for cleaning approximately 17 million gallons of used water before safely reintroducing it into the environment. This is achieved through safe mixing with ocean water and water recycling efforts that support food crop irrigation and the drinking water supply.
