Patrick Raynauld, CFA, FRM, CAIA, serves as the General Manager and Chief Investment Officer of the Hydro-Quebec Pension Fund, overseeing a portfolio that manages 31 billion CAD in assets under management. With extensive experience at Hydro-Québec, including prior roles as Head of Internal Management and Senior Manager of Operations and Derivatives, Patrick has a strong background in strategy and asset management.
