Patrick Raynauld, CFA, FRM, CAIA, serves as the General Manager and Chief Investment Officer of the Hydro-Quebec Pension Fund, overseeing a portfolio that manages 31 billion CAD in assets under management. With extensive experience at Hydro-Québec, including prior roles as Head of Internal Management and Senior Manager of Operations and Derivatives, Patrick has a strong background in strategy and asset management. In addition to roles at Hydro-Québec, Patrick holds positions on various committees, including President of the Advisory Committee on Self-Regulation at the Montréal Exchange and member of the Investment Committee at Université de Montréal. Patrick's educational background includes a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Montréal, executive education in negotiation from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.
