Karie Lacorte

Karie LaCorte is a skilled Materials and Process Engineer at Moog, with experience since July 2012 in performing contamination analysis, surface analysis, and material identification using various analytical techniques, such as FT-IR, TGA, SEM, and GC-MS. Responsibilities include evaluating processes to prevent non-conformances, conducting failure investigations, and direct customer interaction to resolve issues. Additionally, Karie has led Lean Projects aimed at improving the work request system and designing a departmental website for enhanced customer service. Prior to this role, Karie interned at the Erie County Central Police Services in the Drug Chemistry Section. Karie holds a Master's degree in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Chemistry, both from Buffalo State University.
