Steffi has worked at various branches of the Goethe-Institut, managing language programs, developing training curriculum, and coordinating operations. With a background in Communication and Media Studies and experience as a Research Assistant and Lecturer, Steffi has demonstrated expertise in instructional design, examiner training, and project management. Through their roles, Steffi has consistently improved program quality, increased participant satisfaction, and managed successful budget allocations.
