Before Moorhouse Tom worked for EY, gaining experience in delivering technology-enabled change, HR and L&D transformation, organizational design, and behavioral change.
Tom has significant experience as a Learning and Leadership professional, with a track record of successfully designing and delivering change and learning interventions covering business skills, leadership, and technical subject matter. Tom also has a proven track record as a leader of people, having effectively led operational and program teams of varying sizes and technical disciplines.
