Carlos Barbosa is an experienced professional in youth services and community engagement, currently serving as the Donations Manager Truck Driver at More Than Words since February 2023. In this role, Carlos manages book pickups while acting as a brand ambassador, educating donors about the organization's mission. Prior experience includes a seven-year tenure at Youth Options Unlimited Boston, where Carlos was a Case Manager and Project Lead, providing extensive case management for court-involved and gang-affiliated youth. Carlos also previously held the position of Transitional Employment Supervisor, leading teams of youth in various projects, and worked as a Stock Supervisor and Keyholder at City Sports. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Suffolk University.
