Lisa Appleyard

Lisa Appleyard has extensive experience in communications across various sectors, including health and government. Most recently, at Morgan Hunt since October 2020, Lisa has been developing and delivering a communications strategy for a national health regulator's new five-year strategy. Previously, as Head of Communications for HM Prison and Probation Service from April 2017 to October 2019, Lisa created an award-winning communications service for a government agency managing a £3.5 billion budget. Additionally, positions held at National Offender Management Service and HM Prison Service focused on implementing comprehensive communication strategies and promoting employee diversity. With a foundation in NHS communications roles and an educational background from Durham University, Lisa has built a robust career in leading communications initiatives and managing teams.
